“The first print of this item was incorrect but I was very impressed by the customer service and design team who made corrections and sent a replacement quickly.”

“The design is spot on, the quality is great. The flag is black with white lettering. The flag is made of three layers, front, middle, and back. The middle layer is white plastic which shines through the black and gives it a strange glossy gray effect. I like the design but not crazy about the white middle layer showing through.”
