“They decided to ignore this issue, as if it didnt happen. Avoid these poeple like the plauge. Is this a joke? This is seriously how you handle what is so obviously a mistake on your "art teams" part or the machines they are using? I have reviewed the photo and in no way could the end result be this poor based upon the image you were provided. Please explain how the flag has appropriate coloring on the bottom ¼ of the flag and then blotching as it reached the top? There are CLEAR signs of streaking from the printing, as I point to in the images I provided. So either your printing apparatus is no funcioning properly or your team has poor quality control standards. Either way, this is in no way a result of failure on our end. If the image wasn't appropriate, then it should've been corresponded as such. However, in between the purchase and the actual delivery, there was zero correspondence from your "art team" to me in any capacity whatsoever. With that said, I would either like the product I ordered delivered as promised, by your website and user agreement, or I would like my money refunded in full and I will return this incredibly disappointing product.”

“My design was not optimal for enlarging to print- once ordered, BuildASign emailed me that the image would be blurry and their Art Team fixed every element so it printed beautifully. Great communication and we love the flag. Thank you!”
