“The sign I received was good quality however i ordered a 12” x 18” and what I received was 10” x 16”, 2 inches shorter on each side than what I ordered. I tried sending them an email but have not heard back.”

“no quality control and doesnt repsond to mesages on their site for resolutions. the flag logo which was cropped by them didnt factor in for outside margins and isnt legibale and looks very bad, i wouldnt recomend and wasted my money. the repsonses on the buildasign's side of the communication process during order process was delayed by several days for each of their replies. It ended up adding 2 weeks to the order.”
