“I'm extremely pleased with this one but I ordered another one and I did not see there was some issue regarding the printing of it. It wasn't until last night that I discovered there was an issue. It was supposed to be delivered on May 15th. I am just seeing now that there was an issue regarding the resolution. Wondering if anybody bothered to pick up the phone and call me or if they just sent me emails that got buried with thousands of other emails. I ordered two flags. I ordered them on the same day. I'm just seeing now that the other one has not even been printed yet. It is for a very special event to honor President Kennedy on his 107th birthday. This was meant for a documentary. I see now that you're in the United Kingdom so I don't see that there's a possibility of receiving that even with express shipping. If I can't receive the other flag by May 24th and I do not need it.”

“The only issue I have is actually my fault. I uploaded the wrong logo and as you can see in the picture part of the logo is missing. Even though this was my fault, It would. Have been nice if somebody would have proofed it and then message me to let me know that part of it was missing. Again, I know this was my fault.But being a company that does signage.I would have thought that you would have at least proofed it.”
