“The efforts were there for trying but after Multiple calls and explanations and picture examples and verbal examples. I still did not get the flag In Which I asked for. Customer service is great but I’m not sure where the miscommunication even with examples kept getting missed.”

“I ordered three flags for the corporate event for which we provided entertainment. The double-sided flags are of excellent quality, and they have a backing so the designs don't bleed through in the light. We sent over an overly pixelated file the first time, and customer service was excellent at reaching out and letting me know the best way to get them a better file type. 5/5 customer service. The only issue was that one of the flags that came had the image upside down on one side vs. the other. So, when swung, one side was upside down no matter how you orientated the flag.”
