“I'm giving it 2 stars for a couple reasons. One they messed up my order. It was supposed to be the double sided premium flag. It was not. It was one sided flag. Totally different then my first one I ordered. Secondly I would think you would have some way of getting rid of the squares around my pics. The common person comes to companies like this with their idea and in hopes you make it happen. It just looks cheap. I was somewhat happy with my first order other then the squares around my images. However this time you completely messed up my order”

“When I received my flag, while the design looked great, it was completely sheer. I called someone in customer support and they explained that the flag I ordered was only one-sided, not double-sided. It wouldn't have been sheer if I ordered a double-sided. This made the color look way off and hard to read. Because it was too late to order another for my event, I suggested that that specific piece of information be added to the description on the product's page.”

“The flag itself is practically see through and the colors aren't nearly as vibrant as they appear on the site. In addition, the graphic is almost cut off and goes all the way to the edges of the flag unlike the preview that had plenty of border/background color showing around the graphic.”
