“I ordered a two sided FLAG and received a one sided BANNER. I sent an email with your order number as the subject line, described the issue and then received a response that my shipping address was needed to look up the order. I included the order number in the orginal email I sent? Why is this so difficult???”

“They did a fantastic job creating a custom design flag that I requested for my husband's birthday. There was an issue with the picture that I included for my order, I spoke with someone who was able to take care of the issue while we were on the phone. My husband is thrilled with his new flag!”

“My first flag was blurry caused by a bad image…..your company helped me redesign my flag and made a new flag for me at no charge. It was much better than the one I made. Thank you!!!!”
