“You made me the wrong sized flag and then told me that you were actually correct in doing this. From there you were unable to correct the situation. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and will choose another vendor in the future. I would recommend putting the dimensions on the website that the customer will actually receive. When you’re in the wrong, you should look to make it right.”
