“Flags were ordered online Fri 9/8 in plenty of time to have shipped to my address so I may have had for a show I needed them for by Sunday 9/17. Had even paid extra on shipping to have them on the date that your company build a sign provided which was Wed 9/13. Had to call about my online order and the status of my items on 9/13, I had received a confirmation of items received and the order placed but I never received a confirmation that it was on its way so need less to say the order did not make the date build a sign had promised which was 9/13. Then when I finally got my order on track I was promised to have it 2 days later which would of but it coming Fri 9/15, the representative I spoke with had put me on hold to ask her management if this could be expedited which was approved for that date. Friday 9/15 came and no package was received, I then called UPS and they said the package was to be delivered on Mon 9/18 and that it was not showing to be expedited by the sender build a sign. As important as this was, your company failed to have my purchase on the date promised and intended even after paying for a quicker shipment date which turned out to take even longer than normal shipping.”
