“I am very dissatisfied with my purcahse. I had ordered three custom flags. One Premium 2x3, one staandard 2x3, and one 12x18. We never received the Premium flag. Only two arrived in package. And the other two flag's designs were cut-off. When these were created on the website, appropriate space was left to keep this from happening. As these were to be resold displaying our custom heraldry designs, this is very disappointing. I still have not heard back from customer service other than an email stating that "a ticket was made" but this was four days ago and no other contact. I have attached a picture of the two flags. I was apprehensive to order items such as this online for just for these very reasons. The lack of contact and sloppy oversight on production is very disappointing.”
