“I needed the Vegas Strong flag for an event. I even paid an expedite fee. Two days before the event, I received the wrong flag. When I complained, your representative kept telling me that the printing department would look into my concerns about print quality. She couldn't understand that it had nothing to do with print quality ... IT ... WAS ... THE ... WRONG ... FLAG. I finally received an email approving my refund request. Waiting for the refund to hit my credit card.”

“The flag came out great. However, i am very upset with the manufacturing and shipping time. The service was advertised as "ships tomorrow", which is why I picked this business. I was supposed to receive my product on the 22nd of September, I needed the flag for an event on the 26th, was reassured by 2 different people in customer service that it would be here by the 25th and it did not arrive until a day after the event began. So that's; false advertising on product timeframe (I wouldn't have bought the flag if I knew it'd take so long), and I was lied 2 by 2 real people. The product itself; fantastic Experience with the business; poor and I would have requested a refund if the flag hadn't already been made and could've gotten the funds back for said event I would use this service again, so long as I am not on any form of time constraint”
