“They did a hold because the image quality was not up to standards. I decided to press forward and the end result looks great. Obviously you all maintain very high standards for your work, which is great. This will be flying at the top of a mast, so the very slight imperfections won’t be noticeable.”

“I designed a flag and submitted it. I received an email reply stating that the image I had submitted was not large enough to work with the size flag that I was wanting and that they needed a higher resolution image. I found the original image and sent it back to them. I then followed up with a phone call to insure that they received it and that it was going to work. I spoke with Stephanie A and she assured me that the new image was high enough resolution and would work. I then asked her if my text was the same color as my logo and found out that I had used purple instead of blue. Stephanie fixed the text color and sent me a new proof. I consider that genuine customer service. I now have my flag and love it!”
