“The anchor image in this custom design was not highly pixelated when I gave it to Build a Sign, but the customer service was amazing - and said they could fix it for me, and wow - what a GREAT JOB they did. The staff 'gets it' and gave me great and intelligent care and feedback. I had the new design in 48 hours and it's flying at my home a week later - Thanks Build A Sign !!!”

“I am giving 2 stars due to the lack of communication I have received thus far in regards to my requested reprint. I was supposed to be contacted to confirm that the design team agreed to my reprint specifications. One of the graphics on the flag did not meet my expectations. I agreed to paying the shipping costs associated with shipping the reprint to me. It’s been 4 business days and I have not received a call or email on the status of my ticket.”
