“I give them a 5 starts for moving fast on a bad order. They sent me 3 street signs but they were wrapped together in clear wrap. They were all stuck together and it pulled the paint off. I was ready for a fight, but instead they sent me 3 new signs and in less than a week. The guy on the phone gave me no issues. I offered to send he bad one back to them nd he said keep them. I was upset at first but they made it all better and fast. If I had to complain on something it would be, My new ones showed up with a paper slip in-between them this time, but they were loose in the big cardboard envelope where they moved around. I would say they need to keep a better eye on the packer/wrapper folks of their products. I bet it's costing them some money and maybe business.”

“Excelllent, exactly what I wanted. your employee DAVE helped me out. I have a suggestion. I bought my street sign to mount on a telephone pole. I moved the letters to the right a bit so that after I put the bracket on (it took up about one inch) the letters would still be centered. I didnt think about the flip side. Maybe your web page could show the flip side. And my computer showed the color as, well, what I wanted. I now know my computer was slightly off from yours. I wish there was a way to match the colors. If you guys think of a way,, youd make a billion with it. Like the guy that made that yelllow line UNDER the football players. I will be buying again from you THANKS!!”

“The two identical signs that I purchased looks great. My wife and I have purchased a home that is approximately a quarter of a mile from a busy main road. The driveway is difficult to see until you are right up on the turn off. The sign is large enough for people to see as they approach the driveway and won't miss the turn. The second sign will be used at the end of the driveway, near the house. I highly recommend "Design Your Own Street Sign". They do excellent work and delivery was quick.”

“The sign was exactly what I needed. Very good quality, and price. The shipping was a little lax. Came in a piece of flimsy cardboard and was bent pretty bad. My son was able to straighten it up thank God.”
