“I haven't done a lot of customization on-line, so it took a bit of trial and error to actually get my text set correctly and sized. I didn't see detailed directions, but I could have missed them. Anyway, the sign came out perfectly and was delivered very quickly. (Do you have an idiot-proof mini-video to put on the website to show the steps by chance, for folks like me? Thanks!”

“There were issues with the first batch of posters that shipped, the resolution was too low. But when I notified customer service, they were quick to replace the posters at no cost and made sure they would be correct. My suggestion would be to more clearly notify customers if the art work they upload is not a proper resolution to avoid these issues, but overall it was handled really well and we appreciated the friendly customer service! Thanks!”
