“The signs themselves were terrific. However, they were shipped without the stakes that I ordered which are kind of essential to the whole process. When I called to straighten out the mishap, I was told over an over how weird it was that they didn't ship, how easy it would be for me to go out and get them on my own and how the return and refund process would take about a month. Not my idea of stellar customer service. Their oversight put me in a bind time-wise with no alternative than to solver their mistake myself. Three stores later and I finally had what I needed, but it was a lot of unnecessary effort on my part which was not adequately acknowledged in any way, shape or form by customer service.”

“Love the sign. Came out great. First time on your website and I did not know stakes were in addition to sign cost. But I like the signs!”
