“Very hard to get ordered off the website and took me several days and 45 minutes on the phone each time I called. Once I got to the right department and a customer service rep that didn't transfer me to another department the customer service reps were very nice. The website kept losing my design and I had to have help to find it”

“Poor quality. They blamed the file I used yet I always use the same file with no issues. $400.00 dollar order they only offered $90.00 towards a new print or a $90.00 refund. I would have been happy to send them back for them to just print me new ones. Not even offered. Bad business practice.”
