“My experience was pretty good, however, I did experience some technical issues each time I tried logging into my account. Despite the fact that I knew my password, I was prompted to click on "forgot" and even when I prompted to create a new password, I was not able to do so without contacting customer service two, maybe three times which was kind of frustrating. Other than that, the customer service was excellent, and creating my signs was fun and easy.”

“Sign is good, you advertised “next day delivery!!” very prominently but delivery was very delayed without much of an apology or explanation. It would have been 5 stars if you could keep your word.....”
