“Our first sign arrived damaged. Although your staff was very nice, the time it took to get the replacement approved exceeded the promise of within 48 hours. We were in a hurry to place our new sign on the building before opening and the replacement took over two weeks. We are happy with the new sign and that the damaged one was replaced.”
