“Ordered two sandwich board sign holders and four sign panels for my client. The pricing was good and the turnaround time was excellent but the sign holders and signs came without the velcro to adhere the signs on the signholders. When I called to report the problem, they refused to quick ship me the missing velcro pieces. Thus, my client couldn't use the signs for the event they had planned until I travelled to their location again and used duct tape to adhere the signs to the sign holders. The velcro pieces took a week to receive, but the sign holders and signs took only four days to receive; ordered 6/21, and received 6/25. I reported the missing velcro on 6/28, but it wasn't shipped until 7/2 and I didn't receive until 7/7. Lastly, I asked for a discount for the trouble and time lost that I have incurred since I have now travelled to my client's office three times, first to deliver the signs/signholders, second to apply the duct tape, third to apply the velcro, and they were disappointed in me that the product didn't come to them complete. To add insult to injury, the $20 discount I was reluctantly offered on 6/28, still has not appeared on my credit card and today is 7/11.”

“I was not informed that I would need an extra, "Mounting plate" in addition to the one on my car. I would gladly have paid for it. Now searching your site for it. Wish me luck!”
