“Terrible. I called to change address while the package was still being made and was at the facility and the customer rep I spoke to on the phone said I couldn’t change it and that I’d have to wait for it to go to the address written and then I could re mail them from there lol . That made no sense to me and I had to drive to that address and get them and mail them to the right address and it costs me $30 extr when I had paid the build a sign people could have fixed it while it was there.if my payment would not have gone through I bet they’d have located it then so why not help me if it’s possible and I paid?”

“The color, and print are good, but I thought it would be a thin flexible plastic. What I received feels more like a styrofoam, and looks like it can be easily snapped in half.”
