“The Flags I ordered came out just as I wanted them. Color, Design , Text and Art work. However because of travel commitments I never got to my Brothers for Memorial Day. So I presented them one for use now and the other in reserve for future use. on Thanksgiving. I only wanted in my order 2 Grommets as a boat flag calls for. He rigged the flag on his boat . Two to the left side of the flag. He brought to my attention that both flags had 4 grommets?? I thought they were to anchor the flag so it would fly spread out. Not the case. It actually prevents the flag from waiving unless the winds are very strong. This is not acceptable. I realize it has been a while but one was not used the other never flew properly. I would like to work out a replacement. I am willing to return both have them reproduced with the original 2 Grommets. I am willing because of my time delay to pay some cost , but not full cost.
