“I like being able to lay out the design online myself, but your interface could be more flexible. The grey box where the photos goes makes it harder, because it doesn't tell you what size the photo needs to be. If there was no grey box, I could more easily get my photo to a good size. Also, I would like to be able to change colors and move and resize text. However the quality of the sign was good and delivery was quick.”

“Nothing but problems with Build a Sign. Stakes arrived damaged, new shipment arrived damaged. Signs had holes punched for stakes in the wrong location, Build a Sign refused to reprint. Prior order had a bent colonial post that had to be replaced. Order before that had production tool marks on my riders. The only positive I can give Build a Sign is that their online design tool works well. Whether you’ll get damaged or incorrect product will just be an open question. Don’t waste your time with Build a Sign. Find a local sign retailer that actually cares about their products (or your business). Build a Sign is definitely not it.”
