“I designed and approved proofs for 12 signs I ordered, along with frames and riders to all coordinate and fit with each other. Instead of reaching out to me and our EXIT Corporate graphics Dpt with their concern on company graphics compliance per my state of MS, they changed my proof (which now made the signs non-compliant & useless) and went straight to print and delivery. Then when I received the order and explained their non-compliance, I was basically told too bad and that they have rules to follow. They should’ve NEVER went to print without contacting me first. Now I’m out signs and have to re-order everything from another company. They later (after much back & forth with our corporate office) said they’d issue a refund for the signs only. The right thing to do would’ve been to issue a full refund for the entire order,, not only for all the trouble but it’s costing me business as I cannot list properties without compliant signs and I now have to ensure that the new company I order my signs from, must perfectly fit the frames and riders from buildasign. I can assure you that I will not use one product from this company. It will cost me more but I will buy ALL my real estate signage products from another company and in no way advertise or support a company that treated me and handed my situation and purchase so poorly. I’ve been in this business for 23yrs and I will make certain that all of my industry peers and colleagues know about what an awful experience I had. All I can do is make sure it never happens again. Lesson learned.”
