“Signs are good. Frame not as described as online pictures. In person way too big, shipping way expensive for frames, need to be clear on the advertisement about free shipping online. Should stated "no free shipping on frames". Too much confusing and bad experience for the first time. I called for questions the phone representative picked up was so rude. I forgot her name, written her name down but cant find it. I do love the signs came out though, the 3 stars for the signs. I would not order from here again, phone rep is horrible customer service. I was not finished talking she just hang up on me. What a service. I know it not the owner false but need a lot of improvement on staffs customer service.”
