“ordered express shipping. They notified me my design was not compliant by email 2 days after the order was placed. They did not call which would have been much better customer service. This caused my order to be 3 days late. They also do not sell riders in the same size as the sign and frame I ordered, but I could not order a frame without a place for riders which is irritating because now I will have to source that elsewhere. UPDATE-they claimed they would offer me a refund on express shipping($25) and charged my card an additional $25 instead! I contacted them and they refunded the charge..... Bringing my grand total back up to the original purchase price... This is after the customer service rep laughed at me and told me I was misreading my bank statement. Emailed proof of the charge 24 hours ago, and still haven't heard back about recieving the actual refund I was promised. Very frustrating and I am too busy to deal with this nonsense and to keep following up with them to get anything done. I feel they should be reaching out to me instead of me having to hound them about making a correction. Poor handling of the situation all around and feels like I'm being bamboozled. Will be ordering elsewhere next time I need signage because my job is working as a realtor, not spending my days doing follow up on silly things like this. I'm especially frustrated because this company is supposed to be partnered with my brokerage. I couldn't even qualify for your site-wide discount when initially placing my order because when accessing your site from my portal, the discounts available on your main site don't apply. How is this beneficial to partnering brokerages, when random customers are getting offered incentives for orders that we are not. Feels like I would be better off ordering from an independent site next time (which I will be doing)”
