“Horrible product. If not for the good customer service, this would be a 1-star (or less if possible). Ordered 4 metal sign frames and 4 inserts. The inserts were cut wrong and a new batch needed to be rushed to correct the issue. My inserts and riders are all falling out of the metal frames. The inserts are flemsy... so much that a small gust of wind knocks them out. I'm finding my paid-for items scattered at each listing. After having the 1st bath redone and a 2nd batch sent to me to correct it, I'm STILL having issues. I have listings coming active and am not able to rely on the signs to hold the riders or inserts and am at risk of being non-compliant as a result. Very embarassing having to come up with an explanation for juggling signs around from one listing to another while the first one is still in contract.”

“The design came out just like it showed on the website when ordered. The ordering process was easy with the suggestions of which sign posts best fits the sign. In addition, they were delivered fairly quickly. I will definitely be using build a sign to order any advertising signs I need for my real estate business.”
