“The grey in the proof is MUCH lighter than the grey on the final product. The contrast between the black and grey is not very good and because of that the black lettering over the grey does not stand out at all. It is disappointing because that is the company motto/tag line. Also, the shipping label DID NOT include the entire address and the post office could not deliver the package to my apartment. With the coronavirus measures in effect, the postal worker could not leave it with the office and had marked it to be returned for insufficient address. Fortunately, I was able to pick it up at the post office before that happened. I was assured by the Build A Sign staff that the entire address WOULD appear on the shipping label (I asked since the address is a little longer than most). Without these two issues, the rating would have been higher.”
