“My signs turned out nice, but they arrived bent (crushed corners) on my most expensive reflective aluminum signs. Packaging could be better to prevent such issues.”

“I had ordered a coupler sign riders. They came 18 inches long. It must have been an oversite on my part. I did not even know that "RealEstate Signs" could be 18 inches long. I spoke to the lady and told her my issue and that the 2 sign riders had just been delivered. Her response was (OH) just, (OH). She did not try in any way to try and help me out. No suggestions, no nothing. I needed an actual "Sign Rider" that fits a Real Estate sign so I ordered 2 24 inch riders and added another rider to my order. I am used to great service from Build-A-Sign. The service I recieved was sad. Go ahead an listen/read the transcript. Thanks, Mike K”
