“I ordered one For Sale sign and 5 Open House signs and stands. There was a dent on the left corner of the For Sale sign so I reported it. The person taking my complaint was very professional and helpful and she ordered another sign for me. I told her I needed it for my new listing on July 27. So, another sign was sent out, just in time for my listing--it arrived yesterday July 26. UNFORTUNATELY THIS SIGN HAD A MUCH BIGGER DENT WHICH WAS ON THE RIGHT TOP CORNER!!!. I took some pliers to try to straighten it out but you cannot straighten out the wave caused by the dent. So, it looks tacky. I am very upset because this is my first listing and that's such a bad first impression. I cannot believe that you cannot send a sign without it being damaged. The box was not damaged so the damage must have occurred when it was put in the box because it was wrapped in plastic and the plastic was not damaged.”
