“The sign panels are nice. Good color and presentation (that’s the 5 star part). The reason for the 3 star review was level of service. In that same order, I had also ordered metal sign posts. It wasn’t until after I received the sign panels that I was contacted by the sales department that the posts were back ordered and “no clue” when they would be in. The only options I was given were “we can hold onto your order and send them whenever we get restocked” or “get refunded.” There was never a suggestion or offer of something comparable. I chose to wait because I liked that style. After 2+ weeks and losing out on the marketing prospects I had intended for these panels and sign post styles, I called their service department to request my refund (mainly because 4 other vendors confirmed they had these in stock and I could get them within 3-5 days). I was refunded that money…it took way too long to get back onto my credit card (in this day of technology, you refund processing system is slower than any other one I have had experiences with). Overall, you get what you pay for here. If you need cheaper signs with fair to good quality then place an order. Just be aware that they are not the best out there for service recovery.”
