“I can't even give this company or experience ONE star. BuildASign.com is terrible all the way through. Real estate riders were ordered from their website without an option to choose holes to drill for attachment. When I received my order without holes and called the company they said I should have searched for their real estate webpage and it was my fault bc their regular website doesn't have hole drilling options. So their website allows orders with only certain options and I spend over $500 on riders to be told the only thing they will do is refund me 1/2 of my order and b/c of COVID I can not return. This review link they sent me put the icing on the cake. They email me a link to review my order and I click on it to see my order was reserved parking signs???? WTH! Never again will I order from this company.”
