“2 of 3 signs came with a blue backing that can't be removed. One sign has a wrinkle in the wrap on front. Not the best quality sign I have used.”

“Had trouble getting into my account, so I ordered the sign as a guest. Did not realize that somehow I ordered a "PARKING" sign. I thought it was going to be like the one I ordered last year.....just a different material. Last year the sign had the holes in each of the four corners. Was shocked when the sign came with "misplaced" holes. This sign came with two holes which go through the lettering!!! I think someone should have checked with me before printing. NO one wants holes going through the lettering. It looks stupid. When I sent in the order, I had no idea about the hole placement. I do not believe it showed when I approved the final. I called and was told I could not see my actual order because I was a "guest". Was told I have to have an account to see the actual order. Well, I tried to access my account, and it DID NOT WORK. It seems to me that is poor customer service. Lots of people sign into lots of sites as a "guest". The expectation is to be treated the same as you would treat someone who has an account. While the color and quality of the new sign is great, I am very disappointed in the "hole" placement. Perhaps you can somehow highlight hole placement with a bright color, so it won't be missed.
