“I found the order to be very easy to do and pay for. It shipped very quickly. I still have not received the package. I called customer service, though very hard to understand and she made zero effort to speak up to where she could be heard. She did state that she would send a replacement as I told her the original has apparently been lost. Since I have heard nothing to indicate that the new sign has been shipped, nor do I have a sign. HELP!?”
