“The signs were incorrectly printed the first time. It took 2 days for customer service to acknowledge the error. And then it took another 7 business days to get the corrected signs shipped. Definitely not the "expedited" service that was promoted during the purchasing process.”

“I received the wrong sign. So this is a bad time to ask me how my experience was. However, Stephanie appears to be trying to get me my correct sign. So......customer service seems to be doing pretty good. Ill know more if I ever get the sign I wanted.”
