“These signs are not parking signs but four interpretive trail signs. The ordering process was a nightmare. Originally ordered in mid-October, 2023, delivery finally occurred in mid-February after multiple phone calls with long wait times. The problems stemmed from paying by check. Each time I called, the response from BuildaSign support staff was 'haven't received the check, not our problem'. We canceled the first check (with a $25 cancellation fee) and sent a second. Same response from your support center despite furnishing a photocopy of the cleared check. The support staff was always curteous and professional but never accepted 'ownership' of the problem. One other piece of feedback - the sign images are not centered on the metal. This is my third BuildaSign order and all have been off center. Perhaps it is my problem though I do my best to submit centered images. There ought to be a way to fix this. Thank you.”
