“The entire magnet's color is very faded compared to the image that I uploaded and approved. It is very difficult to make out the background at all. All the color is very light, it is very disappointing. The entire image is also still very grainy as well. I paid money for it to be vectorized, so there is no question that it should be of good quality. All of the wording on the magnets that are smaller than 2 inches is incredibly blurry and the letters are not distinct. It does not even look like the same font that I chose because the letters are so blurred. I uploaded images which should be compared to the original file which I also uploaded.”
