“Working with the art department was an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite clear instructions provided in emails, it seemed they didn't take the time to read or understand them. Moreover, when issues arose, the manager attempted to evade responsibility by claiming not to have received my emails—an excuse I found hard to believe. I even offered a compromise to secure an order of over 2000 plates, but unfortunately, they failed to meet even the simplest of tasks after three attempts. It's evident that there are serious organizational issues that need to be addressed at the company's management level. As a result of these repeated failures, I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere.”

“The quality of the picture was not good. It was fuzzy and I feel like they should have emailed me and told me the quality was bad before they made and sent it. Also, I picked to center the picture/logo and it was not centered.”
