“The license plate I ordered arrived with the image / text out of level by over 1/4”. It is extremely noticeable. I took pictures (with a tape measure in the photos) and emailed your company the morning after my order arrived. After nearly 5 days I still had not received a response to my message - except for the automated email promising a response within 48 hours. SO - I called your help line. The person I spoke with was helpful, but I am awaiting the replacement. This was a Valentine’s surprise for my wife, so I was understandably disappointed when the quality was not acceptable. I also needed to order real estate riders but after this issue I had to find another source for them.”
