“I can understand having print problems, however when I received my tag I immediately noticed a flaw in the print where a rouge white line was printed. When I called it took a very long time to get someone on the phone, then they sent me an email asking me to send pictures. I understand you need to know what happened, but when the person on the phone acknowledged receiving my pictures she informed me it would take two days for someone to get back with me. To me that is unacceptable, she should have asked immediately how I would like to proceed. I had to follow up after three days to find the disposition. I requested a replacment product and I still have not received confirmation if it will be replaced.”

“Not impressed. Print and finish quality just wasn't there, despite ordering the premium plate upgrade/coatings. Consequently, I won't be ordering anything else from BuildASign.”
