“I ordered a Custom License Plate with my own design that I created in online editor. I was waiting for 2 weeks to get my order and I did not receive the same sign that I ordered in result. The employees of this company changed my design whatever way they liked without any call or email with a question if they can do that. Customer service from Buildasign does not reply on my complaint even, where I asked them to remade the sign with my design or provide a full refund. So now I paid the money, and I don't have my money back, and I don't have a Custom License Plate which I specifically ordered. Nobody even try to fix this problem. I am totally disappointed in this service.”

“Here in Pennsylvania we don't need the official license plates on the front, so it gives a nice opportunity for some personalization. I designed a license plate for the front of my car with God's help, for sure. Not only am I super-pleased with the design, but when it came it was EXACTLY as I designed it. One often wonders how something custom made is really going to look. Well, BuildASign nailed every detail. I want to thank them so much for their stunning accuracy and great material to choose from. (Please forgive the picture because dirt must have splattered and I did not realize that until just now. Believe me, the plate came pristine and I wanted you all to see how sharp it is!)”
