“It didn't even come with the guts. We did not need a stand or carrier, but I would of thought it would come with the white pole it stated for it to keep it's shape. Silly we had to rig it to make it work. It looks bad.”

“The first flag kit was to arrive one week after I ordered it. I was informed by UPS the box was empty, I think it was stolen, and UPS said they discarded the box. BuildASign sent me another kit, but UPS delivered a wet and damaged box. The pole for the feather flag was snapped in two. Again I contacted BuildNSign and they were so kind to send me a whole new pole kit. It took 28 days to receive the kit. I love it. It was custom designed with a picture of the ocean and the word Paradise printed on it. My granddaughter told me that the backyard looked like paradise. We have a large pool and many red umbrellas. And, the feather flag was for her.”

“Easy ordering and quick delivery. Only suggestion I would give is update your email filters, as you sent me an email asking for a higher res image, and when I called to confirm status, you said my reply to your email was in your junk folder and you hadn't seen it. Had I not called, the order would not have proceeded, and you know the reply would be coming from my email since you initiated the email exchange. On a previous order, there was a similar issue where my confirmation email went to junk and the order did not get processed.”
