“We have purchased a number of things from Build a Sign and always had great success. The only issue I have with them is when they send email receiptss, it locks up my outlook. They have been unable to fix it but this is minor.”

“Signs arrived on time, long wait but as expected delivery time._x000D_ One feather banner was printed incorrectly, upside down on one side, contacted customer service and was told to send a photo of defective product. The product was re-ordered, but wanted just a refund. Customer service was helpful but made me jump through a few more hoops to get a refund.”
