“It was easy to design & place the order. It would be nice, though, if there was a system in place to let someone know if their logo is going to come out fuzzy. This has happened on different orders our agents have made.”

“They charged me never advised me the artwork was not correct. I had to call them 4 days later just to find out nothing had happened. Went back and forth and I'm the end the feather flag never made it on time. Complete waste of time effort and energy. I want my $ back”

“FREE shipping should not be more than 5 days. To offer Free shipping and make the customer wait 2 weeks or more for an order is not a good practice. I placed my order on 8/28 and didn't receive it until 9/16. That's too long to wait for a feather banner that I could have gotten done locally and faster.”
