“The web site is hard to use. I wanted a Norse on the sign but could not find that in the site so I ordered and put a note that I want a border. They replied and said ‘too late’ the sign is already in process but it still took over a week”

“Not the best quality .. I received two that were cracked and they were replaced with a better product , but when they shipped , one of the replacements were cracked”
