“I was so stressed because i used the wrong size file for my photo on my banner, but the customer service was quick, friendly, effecient and patient while taking the time to fix it, and left plenty of time to have my banner to me in advance of the event i needed it for. _x000D_ _x000D_ Thank you so much! _x000D_ Everyone loves my Banner and they cannot wait to get their own!!!”

“I have ordered signs with Build a Sign in the past and the customer service was fantastic. If I had any complaint at all it would be that the larger banners that I ordered didn't look quite as clear as I might have liked. But it was not so bad as to make me want to return it. I usually don't order such banners but had one client ask that I provide a large sign for their rental. Other than that, They were geat!”

“My file had a lower resolution than the rep thought would be appropriate. She contacted me and asked for a better resolution file rather than going ahead and printing the lower quality banner. I appreciate that.”

“They sent me a banner with an obviously pixelated photo and graphics. They apologized when the saw the order, but said they needed to charge me $8 more for shipping to send a good copy. I asked why I should pay shipping when they sent me a faulty product. They ended up only refunding me the cost of the bad banner LESS shipping. So I paid to have a bad product shipped to me. I won't order from here again.”
