“The banner material was sturdy and good quality with sufficient grommets for hanging. The lettering and colors were good and as shown on the proof. The price was very reasonable for the size and quality of the banner. The delivery time was reasonable and relatively quick. The banner was received on the date promised. The only disappointment was the border. When ordering the banner, the proof did not show the border correctly (red, white, blue patriotic flag pattern) When I pointed it out, I was told a designer had to work on it to make it fit my size banner. (16' long) I was assured it would be taken care of, so I said I would trust that to happen. I placed the order. When the banner arrived the border had not been fixed as promised. The banner wasn't unusable as the border colors were red, white and blue. The border was not fixed as promised. I would use the company again, but insist on a final proof before placing the order.”
