“Wanted a vinyl banner without rings, thought I selected that option, got the wrong order which they promptly sent me the correct one but the edges looked like they were folded with haste and not much consideration into the quality of the folds on the sides on the vinyl. The edges aren't straight because of this and the vinyl is all rigid from the adhesive side not being folded over correctly.”
