One thing that I think is a design flaw is the packaging. Unfortunately every time I reach for the spoon, my hand gets covered in the powder as the pouch opening is a tight squeeze and the spoon has a short handle - so you have to put your whole hand inside the pouch to get a good scoop of the product. Either a longer-handle spoon for pouch packaging - or for it to come in a plastic pot instead of a pouch - would be much more user-friendly and less messy!”
