“Despite being stated as supplied with syringe in the title of the product, no syringe was provided. My guess is that this is the type of product that most people order to hopefully resolve an issue at hand, so time of delivery of all required parts is rather important. And if dosage is that important (and the dosage instructions on the pack are very precise), I would have thought they could check that a syringe is packed also.”
